Bulldogs Fall to HSE
The Bulldogs dropped their regular season finale DH against HSE this past weekend. Despite a scoring barrage in game 1, the Bulldogs could not hold on to collect the win in game 1. In the 3rd inning of the first game the Bulldog offense woke up with an attitude, scoring 7 runs on hits from Charlie Brewer, Cameron Martin and Luis Escalante. Unfortunately, the Bulldog offense stumbled a bit the rest of the game and couldn't hold off the HSE offense in the late innings. The Dogs dropped the game 8-7. The rains moved in for game two and a sloppy first inning defensively set the tone for the Dogs the rest of the game. The offense was unable to generate any more runs and lost the game 12-0 in five innings. Brownsburg HS is hosting this year's sectional tourney and the Bulldogs drew Plainfield in the first game on Wednesday. First pitch is set for 5:30p.
