Wrestling Opens Season with 3 Wins at BHS Invite

The varsity wrestling team did a great job this weekend going 3-2 on the day. The grapplers beat South Putnam, Plainfield, and Crawfordsville. Wrestling with several starters out of the lineup, the Dogs were still able to compete with all the teams involved. Wrestlers doing well for the day include: Paul Thomas going 4-0 with three pins, Austin Arnold going 4-1, Jon Stinnett going 4-1 with three pins, and Evan Mallory going 3-1 with three pins. The Dogs will be wrestling next weekend after Thanksgiving at Edgewood and facing county rivals Danville.
