Lady Golfers compete at Western Invite

On Saturday the girls' golf team traveled to Chippendale Golf Course for the Western Invite.  Taking on 5 ranked opponents, the Dogs finished 4th overall for their day, scoring a 327. Senior Morgan Kier led the team with a 79 and ended her day with a birdie.  Sophomore Marissa Kier continued to play great golf, giving the team her career best with an 80, while Abby Cody battled through a tough round to shoot an 82, and Macy Stapp and Hannah Thomas finished the scores shooting 86's.  The ladies did a great job of going into a tough field and representing their team and school well.  The next varsity match is on Monday against Cascade and Danville at West Chase Golf Course.
