Tennis Blanks Quakers

The varsity boys' tennis team started off the season with a nice 5-0 win against county rival, Plainfield.  The singles triplets of Sam Gentry, Jon Class, and Sam Peterson found their rhythm pretty quickly and surrendered very few games to the Quakers.  The number two doubles team of Todd Clark and Michael Clemens got stronger as the night went on and sent their opponents down with a defeat, and soon after, the number one doubles duo of Nathan Mehringer and Nick Wilde closed out the night and clinched the shut-out.
