Bulldogs with a Strong Showing vs. #4 Martinsville

The varsity lady golfers returned to the links last night and had another tremendous round of golf against 4th-ranked Martinsville.  The Dogs just missed the victory by a stroke, 168 to 167 at West Chase Golf Course.  Under tough conditions, Emma Wilkins again led the scoring with a masterful 40.  Maddie Cody came back with the next best score at 41.  Abby Cody came in next with a solid 43, while Darcey Brinker had her career best 9-hole score with a 44.  Finishing up the round with 46 and 47 were Macy Stapp and Morgan Kier, respectively.  The varsity girls head to the Franklin Central Invite at Smock Golf Course on Saturday
