Girls' Golf Defeats Cascade & Danville

The girls' golf team won its competition against county foes Cascade and Danville with a score of 181 to Cascade's 228 and Danville's 238.  The medalist for the match was Abby Cody with a good round of 44.  Other solid performances came from Andrea Wesson with 45, and Emma Wilkins, Maddie Cody, and Morgan Kier all with 46's.  Darcey Brinker held her own with a 50, as did Macy Stapp with a 51.  Lillie Gillespie overcame tough circumstances to earn a 52.  The girls are at home again on Wednesday to take on high-ranked conference opponent Noblesville.
