Volleyball Loses 5 Set Heartbreaker to Avon in Sectional Final

The volleyball team was defeated in a hard fought sectional final 3-2 by Avon.

The match went to the limit with the dogs falling 13-15 in the fifth set. 

The offense was led by Lauren Gregory with 13 kills, Ryne Carr added a career high with 12 and Morgan Lesher 11.  Natalie Weisman dished out a career high 46 assists. 

The defensive leaders were Emma Sulkoske with 26 digs followed by Natalie Weisman with 20.

The net play by Katie Midkiff, Chuck Reilly, Ryne Carr was a factor all evening. 

The Dogs end the season 24-10.
