JV Competes

The girls track team hosted Plainfield and Avon for a JV meet Monday night. The girls came home with the win with a final score of 88.5 to Avon's 41.5 and Plainfield's 26 points. The 3200 relay of Sydney Montgomery, Brianna Channon, Ali Ray, and Rachel Graham took first place. In the 100 hurdles, the girls took the first three places with Emily Britton in first followed by Amina Bah and Cadey Smith. The 4x100 relay of Alex Gutzweiler, Desiree Lang, Gabriella Maihofer, and Kaya Hill also took first place. Sydney Montgomery won the 3200 and Amina Bah won the 300 hurdles. In the field events, Skyy Smith took first in high jump and Samantha Sanchez, Shakiyah Mcghee, Makayla Elkins and Noelle Hiatt swept the long jump earning the top four spots. The girls also honored all 14 seniors before the meet. Thank you to all of the seniors for your dedication to our program. The girls will compete at the HCC Tuesday night. Go Bulldogs!
