Bulldog Runners Finish Third in Competitive Field at Plainfield

The boys' cross-country team ran to a strong finishes Saturday at the Plainfield Relays, coming home third in the 17 school field.

The top duo for the boys, placing seventh, was Elliott Shaw and Daniel Purdy, covering the six mile distance in a blistering 5:08 per mile. Wyatt Rondot and Alek Minkis were the number two pair for the Bulldogs, followed by Scott Hathaway and Ben Hendricks. Bradley Bowles had an outstanding race, and Justin Hays was the top Brownsburg finisher in the reserve race.
