Cross-Country Finishes Third In Lafayette Jeff Co-Ed Hokum

The Bulldog Cross-Country Team opened the season Monday at the coed Broncho Hokum Karum at Lafayette Jefferson High School.

The Bulldogs ran to a third-place finish of the five teams, finishing behind West Lafayette and Crown Point but defeating Lafayette Jeff and Mount Vernon.

In this relay race of 6 miles, the top finishing pair for the Dogs was Sydney Lesko and Ben Hendricks in fourth place, and joining them with a top 10 finish were Laura Bess and Elliott Shaw.

The team will be in action again this Saturday at the Plainfield Relays.
