Tennis Team Falls to Brebeuf

The boys' varsity tennis team played an incredible tennis match against third-ranked Brebeuf. 

Although the Bulldogs lost by a 4-1 score, every position was hotly contested. 

Mitchell Trammel lost his singles match by very close set scores of 4-6, 4-6.  Tyler Hornback lost after pushing his opponent to three sets.  Sam Gentry had another big singles match and won in three sets to bring in our lone point.  

Patrick Clark and Daniel Heinekamp nearly pulled the upset in their doubles match but lost in the third-set tiebreak.  Michael Hartnagel and Nathan Mehringer went the full distance in their match but lost in the third set.  

What a great battle by the 'Dogs--pushing the Braves to the limit on all courts!  The varsity will travel to Lafayette Jeff this Saturday for a 10:00 a.m. start time.
