Bulldogs Beat Giants
The Brownsburg Freshman Basketball Team won a tough battle with Ben Davis Saturday night, 40-37. The Bulldogs led Ben Davis the first half 25-15. Both teams came out strong in the second half and battled until the very end. The Bulldogs maintained their intensity and composure, resulting in their third win of the season. The Bulldogs were led by Ean Alexander, 15 points, three steals, and two rebounds, and Willis Smith, 14 points and five rebounds. Derek Fudge had four points, five rebounds, and two assists. Tabyas Grant contributed two points, three rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Corbin Daulton contributed two points and one assist. Nick Ponti contributed two points, and four assists. Matthew Scholz also added one point and gave a great defensive effort. Marquis Johnson played tough for the Bulldogs and contributed two rebounds. Spencer Howard also provided great effort in the Bulldog victory. The Freshman Dogs will be back in action December 28th, as they travel to Southport.
