Perry Meridian Rings In New Year With 4 Point Win Over Bulldogs

The boys' basketball team dropped a tough game over break to Perry Meridian 57-53.  A 15-4 run by Perry between the second and third quarters was too big of a hole to get out of for the Dogs, who pulled within one possession late in the fourth quarter.

Jaraan Lands lead the Dogs with 15 and eight boards.  Chase Dutra added three assists and 12 points.  Mycah Whetstone dropped in eleven and went 6-6 from the line.

The Dogs will play at Tri-West in the opening round of the county tournament on Tuesday night at 7:30 PM.
