Orioles Muscle Past Dogs 38-17

The varsity football team lost to rival Avon on Friday night by a score of 38-17.  The Dogs were unable to capitalize on scoring opportunities in the first half and trailed 10-3 at the break, with Kyle Christy connecting on his first field goal of the season. 

In the second half Chase Dutra scored a touchdown on a five yard run and another on a long pass from Robby Robbins.  Barton took tackling honors with 14 stops. 

The Dogs will work to get back on track this Friday when hosting the Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos and welcoming back our alumni and fans for homecoming.
