Boys' XC Places 2nd at County Meet

The boys' cross-country team came home as runners-up in the Hendricks Regional Health County Championships yesterday in Danville, falling to champion Avon High School but easily outdistancing 3rd-place Plainfield High School. Mark Bond, in addition, was not to be outdone, as he became the individual county champion by touring the 3.1 mile course in 16 minutes and 33 seconds! Mark's victory kept the individual county championship in the hands of a Bulldog for the sixth consecutive year.

Elijah Wagner ran to a top 10 finish and a personal record time, followed closely by Hari Sathyamurthy and Seth Webster.  Brandon Britton and Jack Thomas ran superb races for the varsity squad as well.
