Boys' Swim/Dive Dominates at Pike

The Aquadogs took over in their meet vs. Pike. With final scores of 144-40, this was an easy meet for the Dogs. 

To start the night, the infamous Bulldog Relay team of sophomore Caleb Peschke, senior Nathanael Schaekel, junior Austin Kehr and sophomore Jacob Johnson won the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 1:42.85. Coming in 2nd was the team of freshman Jamie Cameron, freshman Michael Williams, junior William Hasselbrinck and senior William Scott with a time of 1:48.61.

Junior Avarey Newman came in 2nd in the 200 Free with a time of 1:58.51. Junior Austin Kehr won the 200 IM with a time of 1:59.94, dropping 5.06 seconds and the 100 Back with a time of 57.90. 

In the 50 Free, junior Hasselbrinck won with a time of 24.36 with senior Simon Koester coming in 2nd with a time of 24.69. Senior Scott came in 2nd in the 100 Fly with a time of 1:01.21, dropping 3.79 seconds. 

Sophomore Jacob Johnson won the 100 Free with a time of 50.47. Sophomore Peschke won the 500 Free with a time of 5:01.84, dropping 3.16 seconds and the 100 Breast with a time of 1:07.79. Junior Hasselbrinck came in 2nd in the 500 with a time of 5:35.26. 

The team of senior Scott, junior Hasselbrinck, senior Leister Perrin and senior Schaekel won the 200 Free Relay with a time of 1:36.91. The team of sophomore Max Deater, freshman Maxwell Anderson, sophomore Connor Young and freshman Jamie Cameron came in 2nd with a time of 1:41.76. 

In the 400 Free Relay, the team of sophomore Johnson, junior Peschke, junior Kehr and junior Lee Grimes won with a time of 3:22.49. 

In diving, senior Kale Davidson won with a score of 222.75. Freshman Isaac Tweddell came in 2nd with a score of 184.20 and junior Camden Anderson came in 3rd with a score of 164.80. 

The Dogs are back on Saturday, Dec. 21 at Floyd Central at 9 AM.
