Bulldogs Swim to Runner-Up Finish

The Bulldogs hosted the 2016 Hendricks County Championship on Saturday the 17th.  Both Bulldog teams finished as runner-ups to rival Avon.

Last year the girls lost to Avon by 65.5 points - this year it was an 11 point win for the Orioles.

Last year the boys placed second to Avon by 181 points - this year they closed the gap to 19.  

Both Bulldog teams have made tremendous improvement and plan to continue that trend into the future!

Winning County Championships for the Bulldogs were:

Logan Replogle in the 500 Free, Frank Schoemer in the 100 Breast and the 200 Free Relay of Jack Kreilein, Riley Koester, Braden Jackson and Devon Anderson.

Runner Up finishes were scored by:

AJ Moll in the 200 Free and 500 Free, Logan Replogle in the 200 IM, Kevin Gast in the 200 IM, Bailey LaPaugh in the 50 Free, Frank Schoemer in the 100 Free and Noah Berryman in the 100 Breast.

The Girls placed second in the 200 Free Relay with Abby Callis, Logan Replogle, AJ Moll and Joley Clodfelter and second in the 400 Free Relay with Logan Replogle, AJ Moll, Joley Clodfelter and Bailey LaPaugh.

The boys placed second in the 400 Free Relay with Jack Kreilein, Riley Koester, Kevin Gast and Frank Schoemer.

The teams will be back in action next week when they go to the IUPUI Invitational downtown.
