Two Advance to State
The Brownsburg lady golfers represented BHS with pride this Saturday, finishing fourth behind three top ranked teams in Regional competition with a 322.
The girls pushed through their nerves for a strong overall performance. Junior Hannah Thomas solidified her place at State with an impressive 78! Her game indicated strong determination with some show stopping shots. Senior Morgan Kier advanced to State after finishing her final hole with a birdie, then going on an winning in a one hole playoff.
The Dogs also had a strong showing from sophomore Marissa Kier who shot a great score of 81. Finishing up our team scoring and their high school golf careers was Macy Stapp shooting an 84 and Abby Cody with an 86.
