HCC Rival Royals Defeat Bulldogs

The lady bulldogs lost a hard fought battle against conference rival HSE by a score of 57-44.  HSE came out strong scoring 19 points in the opening quarter and took a 34-23 lead heading into half time.  The bulldogs were able to pull within 7 points in the third but that would be the closest they would get.  HSE won the battle by a score of 57-44.  Senior Aliyah Walker scored her 1,000^th career point on a 3 pointer in the first quarter of the game – Congratulations to Aliyah.  Aliyah continued her streak of double doubles scoring 21 points and pulling down 11 rebounds.  Tyon McKenzie and Reilly Olmstead each contributed 9 points in the loss.  The lady bulldogs will host Western Boone next Tuesday.
