Boys Track & Field Claims Victory at Zionsville Invite

The Brownsburg Bulldogs put on a dominating performance at the Zionsville Invitational, securing a decisive first-place finish with a team score of 133.5 points! Their closest competitor, Avon, trailed behind with 124 points.

Individual Standouts:

  • Garrett Sherrell blazed to victory in the 100-meter dash, clocking in at an impressive 10.99 seconds!
  • Alex Eyasu shattered his personal record in the 300-meter hurdles, crossing the finish line in a stellar 39.10 seconds.
  • The 4x800 meter relay team, comprised of Dylan Pressler, Aaron Ferkowicz, Josh Waggoner, and Ian Baker, scorched the track with a season-best time of 7:58.61, securing the gold medal!
  • Jaylen Walcott soared to new heights in the pole vault, clearing 15 feet for the first time this season, and taking home the first-place title!
