Volleydogs Ready for Round 1 of Sectionals

The Volleydogs are ready to begin Sectional play. After a season full of growth with new head coach Katie Maples, the Dogs have racked up an 18-11 record with a 6-1 conference record.

The Bulldogs will play the Terre Haute South Vigo Braves on Thursday, October 17 at 6 PM at Plainfield High School.

Last year, the Dogs fell 3-0 to Avon in the first round of Sectionals.

Head Coach Katie Maples has had an full season to build her team and is feeling optimistic going into Sectionals, saying:

"We have spent all winter, spring, summer and regular season preparing for this week! The girls have grown so much as the season has gone on, expanding their games, learning about each other and coming together as a team. Our skills have improved and so has our mentality as a group! I'm so proud of these girls and excited for them to show off their hard work this post season!"
