Varsity Girls' Golf Takes 3rd at Plainfield Invitational

The Varsity Girls' Golf Team placed 3rd out of 11 teams at the August 5th Plainfield Invitational. 

Junior Kamary Leaf led the charge finishing as the 3rd medalist overall for the tournament with an 80. Senior Marissa Kier and junior Tori Watkins kept the Lady Bulldogs in the running shooting 88's. Finishing out the team score were seniors Chloe Miller and Brooke Lyngholm with an 89 and 96, respectively. 

The ladies came up strong in this first seasonal match shooting a respectful 345, with a better back than the front nine.

The Dogs are now 8-2 on the season and will travel to the Legends Golf Club on Saturday, August 10th to play in the Whiteland Invite.
