No.11/18 @bhsdogsghoops stomps Terre Haute South; moves to Sectional 12 Final

The Brownsburg varsity girls' basketball team rolled to a 75-39 victory over Terre Haute South in the Semi-Final round of IHSAA Sectional 12 at Plainfield High School. Ten different Bulldogs scored in the game as Brownsburg picked up the big win.

Allison Bosse led the Bulldogs with 22 points against the Braves. Ally Becki scored 16 while Megan Christian posted a career-high 11 points in the win.

The Bulldogs were on top 16-4 in the first quarter but opened the second on a 10-2 scoring run. Ally Becki canned a three with 3:08 left in the second to put Brownsburg up 26-6.

Brownsburg rode a 44-17 lead into halftime and never looked back in the game. Bosse scored 9 points in the third and Brownsburg led 58-26 heading into the fourth.

Every player who was dressed for the game saw action and the Bulldogs advanced to tomorrow's Sectional final.

Brownsburg advances to play Avon for the IHSAA Sectional 12 title tomorrow night at Plainfield. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
