By Keelen Barlow

The Brownsburg varsity girls' basketball team moved to 14-8 on the year as it rolled past Perry Meridian for a 50-26 win. Allison Bosse led the Bulldogs with 18 points after she scored nine of Brownsburg's first eleven points in the game.

Ally Becki posted a stat line of 15 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, two blocks and six steals. Leah Yarbrough scored nine points (well past the high for her Brownsburg career) and grabbed five rebounds.

Brownsburg led 7-0 early in the first quarter and never looked back in the game. The Bulldogs led from wire to wire and picked up a win in their final home non-conference game of the year.

The Bulldogs built a 31-7 halftime lead on the back of their menacing ball pressure. Brownsburg allowed Perry Meridian just seven points in first half, the lowest for a Bulldog opponent this season.

Brownsburg continued to control the pace in the second half and secured the win.
