Softball Claims the B&O Bell vs Avon

The Brownsburg Bulldogs had an exciting win against conference rival, Avon, Tuesday night at their home field. They had a 5 inning 15-1 win, advancing them to 4-0 in conference play. The Bulldogs put together 15 hits to match their 15 runs for the evening. They were led offensively by seniors, Anna Carroll and Sydney Rodegheir. Carroll was 3 for 3 with 3 runs and Rodegheir was 2 for 3 with a double, scoring 2 runs and had 3 RBIs. Mackenzie Bedrick was also hot for the Bulldogs adding 3 hits and 2 runs to the board for Brownsburg.

                Freshman, Kelsey Endress was the winning pitcher in the circle for Brownsburg. She pitched the entire 5 innings only giving up 4 hits and striking out 6. The Bulldogs will be in action again on Thursday against the Ben Davis Giants at their home field at 5:30pm. Go Bulldogs!
