Bulldogs Host HSE Royals

On Saturday the Bulldogs hosted HCC rival Hamilton Southeastern in their toughest meet of the season so far.  The Royals came in ranked in the top 10 with both teams and proved their worth the ranking.

 

The girls score was 143-43 in favor of the Royals and the boy's score was 137-43 also in the favor of the Royals.

There were several bright spots in the meet for the Bulldogs.

 

The Bulldog men started tough with a close second in the 200 Medley Relay with swimmers Jack Kreilein, Noah Berryman, Devon Anderson and Austin Kehr.  They were out-touched by the Royals by just .03 seconds.

 

Hannah Truax turned in a strong second place in the first championship style diving competition of the season.

 

Devon Anderson had a strong finish in the 500 Free to finish second.

 

Joley Clodfelter had a lifetime best 100 Breast swim that earned third place.

 

Freshman Ella Wilson had a major improvement in the 200 Free style to earn swimmer of the meet recognition for the day!

 

The teams host County and conference rival next Tuesday.
