Boys Soccer Falls to Zionsville

The varsity soccer team hosted the #3 Zionsville Eagles on Senior Night in their last home game of the season. The senior heavy Bulldogs jumped out to a 1-0 lead when Jacob Risser followed up a Noah Yohannes free kick. The Eagles struck back quickly to tie the game 1-1, and pace and athleticism helped them to a 4-1 halftime lead. In a closely fought second half, the Eagles scored once more, and as did Noah Yohannes to come to a final of 5-2 in favor of the guests. The 'Dogs fall to 8-3-1 on the season and 3-2-1 in HCC play. The boys end the regular season on Thursday when they travel to Noblesville.
