@BHSDogsGirlsXC places fourth at HCC

The Brownsburg Girls' Cross Country team notched a fourth place finish at the Hoosier Crossroads Conference Cross Country Championships on September 28th. The Bulldogs were led by All-HCC selection Brooke Dixon who posted a time of 18:55.50.
The finish was the Bulldogs' best at HCC since 2017 and their second top-four finish in the last three years. Brownsburg was one of four schools to put four of their runners in the top-thirty of the individual times. Zionsville, Noblesville and Hamilton Southeastern were the other three.
With a 27-point performance, Zionsville came away with the HCC team title. The Eagles' Katelyn Wasson was the meet's individual champion.

The Bulldogs travel to Terre Haute South where they will compete at the Lavern Gibson Cross Country Site. The site is the host for the IHSAA State Finals.
