Girls Tennis Tops Greenwood

The Bulldogs defeated Greenwood 3-2 last night. The first victory came from Marisa Petrunich with a 6-3, 6-2 victory.  Next, Sophi Naberhaus and Heidi Doehrman won 6-1, 6-4 at #2 doubles.  The clinching victory came at #1 doubles when Evelyn Cougill and Jaclyn Thompson won 6-3, 7-5.  The JV team had an excellent result and swept the Woodsman.  The Bulldogs are now 7-6 overall and play Guerin at home tonight to finish the season.
