Girls Tennis Falls to the Flashes

The Bulldogs lost to Franklin Central 2-3 tonight in a tightly fought battle.  Leading the way was Izzy Roberts with a 6-2, 6-1 victory over Karissa Hite.  Senior Grace Suiter added a victory at #3 singles  6-2, 6-4 over Cassidy Laudeman. The match of the night came from junior Elanor Hughes who mounted a huge comeback after losing the first set 3-6 and won the 2nd set 6-1 before falling 3-6 in the 3rd.  This was her first match at #1 singles for the Bulldogs and an outstanding effort.  The JV team won easily with a score of 6-2.  The Bulldogs are 0-1 and play Fishers tomorrow at home.
