Bulldogs Compete Against Noblesville

On Saturday the Bulldog swimming and diving teams hosted HCC rival Noblesville.  The girls won a close meet, 97-89, beating the Millers in a dual meet for the first time in several years.  The boys fell to the Millers 122-64, but had several great performances on the day.

 

The girls won the meet on depth, only winning 3 of the 9 individual events and 1 of the 3 relays.  Winning events for the Bulldogs were Maria Gutzweieler in the 50 Free, Hannah Truax in Diving and Madison Mehringer in the 100 Breast.  The relay win for the Bulldogs came in the 200 Free Relay with Maria Gutzweieler, Maranda Peak, Logan Replogle and Elise Dahlke.

 

On the men's side, the only individual win was Noah Berryman in the 100 Breast and the 200 Medley Relay of Jack Kreilein, Noah Berryman, Devon Anderson and Austin Kehr.

 

The boys are at Decatur Central Thursday night this week.
