Bulldogs Swim Past Mavericks

Last night the Bulldog swimming and diving teams hosted the teams from McCutcheon. The Women's team was victorious 117-69 and the Men's team won 115.5-67.5. 

The Lady Bulldogs were led by Senior Captain Piper Lovett once again. Piper won the 100 Free individually and was a part of all 3 winning relay teams.  Other individual winners for the Bulldogs were Logan Replogle in the 200 Free, Bailey LaPaugh in the 200 IM, Danielle LeClerc in Diving, Jenny Dreessen in the 100 Back and Abby Callis in the 100 Breast. 

The Men's team was led by Junior Captain Kevin Gast.  Kevin won the 200 IM and 100 Fly individual events and was a member of the 200 Medley and 200 Free winning relays as well.  Other individual winners for the Bulldogs were Justin Garnett in diving, Andrew Fulwider in the 500 Free and Noah Pearson in the 100 Breast. 

Swimmer of the meet was freshman Logan Replogle.  Logan had a lifetime best performance in a very close win in the 200 Free. 

Both teams will be back in the pool on Saturday as they compete in the HCC Championship at Hamilton Southeastern.
