IHSAA releases 2019 Boys and Girls Soccer State Tournament Pairings

The IHSAA relaesed it's parings for the 2019 IHSAA Boys and Girls Soccer State Tournaments on September 29th during the 26th Annual IHSAA Boys and Girls Soccer State Tournaments Pairing Show.
Sectional play will kick off during the week of October 7th at the respective host sites. Brownsburg is a member of Class 3A Sectional 9.
The girls will play their sectional at Decatur Central while Mooresville will host the boys side.
Fishers High School and Hamilton Southeastern High School will play host to the 2019 IHSAA Boys and Girls Soccer state finals on November 1-2.
Girls
The Brownsburg girls drew a bye to the sectional semi final. They will take on Mooresville in Match 4 for their sectional opener on October 10th at 7 p.m.
The Bulldogs played Mooresville back on August 29th. Brownsburg came away with a 4-0 win in that matchup
On the other side of the bracket are Ben Davis, Plainfield, Avon and Decatur Central. The Giants will take on the Quakers in Match 1 of the sectional while the Orioles will play the Hawks in Match 2. The winner of those two matchups will advance to play each other in Match 3.
The winners of Match 3 and 4 will play for the 2019 IHSAA Class 3A Sectional 9 championship on October 12th.
The Class 3A Girls Soccer Sectional 9 winner will advance to play in the Regional on October 19th at New Palestine High School.

Boys
The Brownsburg boys will have to take the long way to defend their 2018 sectional crown.
The Bulldogs are set to take on Ben Davis in the Match 2 of the sectional on October 7th at 7 p.m. Avon and Decatur Central will play in Match 1 of the sectional.
Just 10 days ago, Brownsburg took on the Ben Davis for a regular season meeting with the Giants. The match ended in a 3-3 draw.
Plainfield and Mooresville were awarded a bye to the sectional semi-final. The winner of that matchup will advance to the sectional final.
The winner of Class 3A Boys Soccer Sectional 9 will advance to play in the Regional on October 19th at Carmel High School.
