By Keelen Barlow

The varsity girls' soccer team traveled to take on fourth-ranked (No. 9 nationally) Noblesville on Sept. 21. The Bulldogs fell 5-0 to move to 6-4-3 on the 2019 season.

The Bulldogs' back line was strong in the early goings of the match. The Bulldogs weathered the storm as the Millers maintained possession throughout the first 10 minutes. Near the halfway point of the first half, the match was still scoreless.

The Millers struck the 22nd minute of the match and never looked back. They scored a pair of goals 10 minutes apart to build a 2-0 halftime lead.

Noblesville tacked on three more goals in the second half to seal the win.

The Bulldogs will host 10th ranked Center Grove in their next match on Sept. 23.
