Girls' Soccer Wins Fourth Straight Regional

The season continues for the girls’ soccer team as they beat Perry Meridian for the Regional Championship 2-1 in overtime Wednesday at Avon.

Taylor Carter gave the dogs the lead halfway through the second half on a great shot after getting a pass from Rio James.

Perry Meridian tied the game shortly after and overtime ensued.

Rio James scored the game winner with a header off a corner kick from Kerry Devney

The Dogs defense allowed nothing else and they were regional champions.

The next match for the girls is Saturday morning, 10:00am at North Central against South Dearborn.
