James Scores Late Goal to Lead Bulldogs to 2-1 Victory Over Center Grove

The girls' soccer team earned a big win  on Monday, beating Center Grove 2-1. 

Steady pressure by the Dogs finally paid off as a goal was deflected into the net midway through the 2nd half.  Rio James got the game winner, sending a rocket into the back of the net with 6 minutes left in the match. 

Caitlin Gaub came on for an injured Alex Gotkowski and provided a steady hand in goal for her biggest win yet. 

Midfield play from Camille Gentile, Savanna Bunn, Kayla Dragstrem, and Sami Peery helped turn the tide.  Evan Hatleli was once again solid in defense for the dogs. 

The final home match is Wednesday, Oct. 6th against conference foe Zionsville.
