Golfers Take 2nd at Lafayette Invite

On Saturday the varsity golf team traveled to Lafayette Jeff to take on seventeen other teams at Battle Ground Golf Course.  The Bulldogs shot a solid round of 334 and came in 2nd at the invitational!  Kyleigh Leaf took sixth place overall with medalist honors for her 80.  Marissa Kier came back after a tough HCC showing and earned seventh place medalist with an 81.  Hannah Thomas and Chloe Brumley scored an 85 and 88.  And finally, Emily Breslin came in with a 92, allowing the Bulldogs to break the tie with Tipton and place 2nd overall.  

 The next varsity competition is next Saturday at Franklin Central.
