Bulldogs Advance to Regionals

Seven years ago, the Brownsburg Girls' Golf team advanced to Regionals with a 381; on Saturday they shot a 312 and placed 2nd to advance as a team to Regionals.
After one senior withdrew from an injury and the pressure was on the remaining girls, the other four Bulldogs played through adversity and shot a program-best score at Sectionals since 2006 when the ladies advanced to State as a team.
Morgan Kier took the team on her shoulders and shot an awesome 71. Hannah Thomas, the junior leader, took some pressure off by coming in at 78. Abby Cody played through adversity and shot an 80.
The fifth player, knowing what was at stake, sophomore Marissa Kier, played through poor health and didn't give up, firing off an 83!
