Girls Golf Places 2nd

In a rain shortened girls varsity golf invitational that was played this past Saturday at Hawks Tail golf course the varsity "white" team finished second in an 8 team field. New Palestine won their own event with a 172 which was two strokes better than the Ladydogs. In hot and rainy conditions the Dogs hung tough to nearly beat the favored Dragons. Leading the way was Darcey Brinker and Hannah Thomas both shooting 41's. Lillie Gillespie player her best round of the year with a 42. Rounding out the scoring was Chloe Brumley and Emily Breslin carding a 50 and 51. Great job, Coaches are proud of you.
