No.16/18 @bhsdogsghoops tops Westfield on Senior Night, 44-31

The Brownsburg varsity girls' basketball team defeated Westfield 44-31 on January 24 at the Varsity Fieldhouse. Ally Becki led the Bulldogs with 17 points to help Brownsburg move to 16-8 on the year.

The Bulldogs honored their six seniors after Brownsburg secured a win in the class' final game on the Varsity Fieldhouse court. Each of the Bulldogs' seniors was able to see playing time in the game.

Becki paced Brownsburg early in the matchup as she scored the first 14 points of the game for the Bulldogs. Allison Bosse canned a three in the second quarter for the first non-Becki bucket in the game for Brownsburg. The Bulldogs were up 17-12 on Westfield at that point in the matchup.

Brownsburg led 19-16 at the break but would outscore the Shamrocks 10-3 in the third quarter. The Bulldogs rode a double-figure cushion into the fourth quarter and never looked back.

     Up Next

The Bulldogs will head to HCC foe Zionsville next Friday for their final game in the regular season slate. The matchup will tip off at 6 p.m.
