Bulldogs Beat Orioles

The JV Lady Bulldogs came away with a trophy and the title of Plainfield Invite Champions on Saturday, defeating both Avon and Plainfield. In game one of the invite, the Bulldogs matched up against Avon, finishing with 33-24 victory. The Bulldogs struggled to get an offense going, but found a way to hold off the Orioles and get the win. The team was led by Kamary Leaf with 15 points, while Kaylee Price added 6 points. In the championship game of the invite, the Bulldogs battled against the Plainfield Quakers, coming away with a 44-30 victory. The first three quarters were slow for the Bulldogs, trailing Plainfield in scoring the majority of the game. The team turned it around in the fourth quarter, scoring 23 points and holding the Quakers to 6 points. The Bulldogs were led by Kamary Leaf with 13 points while Mallory Guy added 7 points. The Lady Bulldogs are back in action on Thursday night at Fishers. Go Bulldogs!
