Bulldogs Rebound With 48-36 Win Over Warriors

The varsity girls' basketball team defeated Covenant Christian last night 48-36. 

The Dogs displayed great post play throughout the night, dominating in the paint.  Stephanie Mavunga finished with 21 points, 15 rebounds and four blocks.  Fellow post, Lindsey Dall added 10 points, hitting 4 - 6 from the field. 

Erika Lesch pulled down five boards and finished with five points.  Allison DeVaney and Ryne Carr played great defense holding Covenant's two leading scorers a combined 20 points below their average. 

The Dogs will host Avon in the conference opener on Friday night.
