Softball Beats Lawrence North

                The Bulldogs started the week off strong with a 19-7 win over Lawrence North. The Bulldogs had a combined total of 16 hits as a team and put up 19 runs. Mackenzie Bedrick was on fire, gaining her first homerun of the season. She was 4 for 4 for the night, with 2 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Seniors, Rachel Young and Ciara Casteel were both 2 for 2 at the plate. Young had 1 RBI and Casteel had 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Other Bulldogs that added to the unstoppable offense were Maddy Edwards, Sophie Bosket, Anna Carroll, Kaylee Larkin, Marah Wood, and both Hayley and Kiersten Huff.

                Maddy Edwards was the winning pitcher for the Bulldogs. She gave up only 2 hits and struck out six. The Bulldogs are back in action tonight with a conference game against the Noblesville Millers. The Dogs remain undefeated in Conference play. Go Bulldogs!
