Softball Falls to the Irish

Last night, the Bulldogs dropped a non-conference game against the Cathedral Irish 9-1. Although, the Bulldogs had 8 hits, they were unable to sting their hits together. Freshman, Kaylee Larkin led the team with hits going 3-3 with 2 singles and a double. Trailed by MacKenzie Bedrick who was 2-4 and scored the solo run for the Dogs. Others producing hits for Brownsburg were Anna Carroll, Marah Wood and Sydney Rodegheir.

 

Starting in the circle for Brownsburg was Freshman, Kelsey Endress. She pitched 4 of the 6 innings and gave up 5 hits. Sophomore, Olivia Calero closed the contest out giving up 4 hits. 

 

The Bulldogs are headed into a spring break stretch and will be back in action when they return on April 9th with a conference game against the Westfield Shamrocks at 6pm at Westfield.
