JV Win

The JV purple softball team traveled to Ben Davis Thursday evening and came home with a "classy" 12-0 victory in five innings to move to 8-0 on the season.

Junior Ciara Casteel started in the circle and threw three innings of no hit ball. She had six strikeouts and only one base on balls. Freshman Emily Dietche came to pitch the fourth and fifth innings giving up one hit with six strikeouts.

Offensively sophomore Raegen Bucksot led the way going 3-4 with a triple and a stolen base. Sophomore Mallerie Gordon, Junior Ciara Casteel and junior Rachel Young were each 2-3.

They JV purple team takes to the diamond tonight at home against powerhouse McCutcheon. Come out and support them to keep the streak alive.
