JV Loss

On a chilly Thursday evening, the Brownsburg Bulldogs JV White softball team suffered their first loss of the young season, falling 15-9 to a strong-hitting Tri-West team.

The Dogs led 4-2 heading into the 4th inning, but Tri-West's bats got hot, scoring 13 runs over the final four frames.

The JV White team was led offensively by Emilee Deitche's 3 hits and a walk, Carmen Siebens, who matched Deitche with 3 hits and a walk, and Taylor Ballinger, who pounded out 3 hits as well.

Deitche started the game in the circle for the Dogs, with Natalie Metzger coming on in relief in the 5th.

The JV White team will look to rebound on Tuesday, April 10th at Warren Central, with a 5:30 start.
