#1 Trojans Swing Past Bulldogs

Last night the Lady Bulldogs dropped a non-conference contest to the #1 ranked Center Grove Trojans. At the plate for the bulldogs, sophomore, Mackenzie Bedrick led the team going 2 for 4 with 1 RBI that scored her sister, Maicey Bedrick, who was 1 for 3 on the evening. Kyleigh Vaught also had 2 hits in last night's contest, going 2 for 3 for the evening. Sydney Rodegheir had 1 hit as well.

Defensively, freshmen Olivia Calero and Maddy Edwards split time in the circle to battle against a tough Trojan lineup. Mackenzie Bedrick had the stunner play of the evening, robbing a homerun in deep center field. The final score was 10-1.

The Lady Dogs head in to their County tournament this weekend with a 4-2 record. They will face Cascade at 12pm Saturday afternoon in Plainfield. Come out and support the Bulldogs to a County Championship
