The 4 x 200 relay of Toks Akinribade, Tyler Kirtz, Bryce Kirtz, and Corey Griffen finished runner-up from the second heat, just behind Avon's top time in the first heat of competition. Other performances scoring points for the day were: Eli Johnson placing 3rd with a jump of 6'2" and Corey Griffen placing 7th with a personal best  jump of 5'10". Devin Humes placed 4th in the shot put and Isaiah Craddick placed 5th in the long jump. Tyler Kirtz placed 7th in the 60 meters and Jaylon Keith and Corey Griffen finished 6th and 8th in the 60 Hurdles. The team will host their first outdoor meet of the season on March 24th. Go Dogs!

The Girls Track team traveled to Wabash College Saturday morning for the HCC Indoor Meet. While the team came away in 6th, many individuals had season best results and several punched their ticket to the HSR State Finals Meet. The 4x200 relay team of Joy Sopitan, Claire Hathaway, Kaya Hill, and Courtney Stull improved their time by almost two full seconds to make the final meet. Also making the cut for the final meet are seniors Claire Hathaway in the long jump and Courtney Stull in the 60m Hurdles. Congratulations to these girls on a terrific indoor season!
