Boys Tennis Sweeps Avon
The varsity boys' tennis teamcollected its first HCC win of the season by defeating Avon with a 5-0 score. Sam Gentry and Nick Wilde won their singles matches with very steady play. Joshua Mitchell did a nice job of coming from behind and getting back in his game to win his match. The doubles tandem of Daniel Heinekamp/Michael Hartnagel battled well to hold off the Orioles, and the doubles duo of Evan Krauss/Josh Ruse played extremely well to secure the victory on their court and keep the opponents scoreless for the match.
