Boys' Swim/Dive Opens Season With Win

The Dogs kicked off the beginning of the season with a washout win over Terre Haute North Vigo with a score of 123 to 54. 

The Bulldogs won 10 out of the 12 events during the meet. The team of Avarey Newman, Nate Schaekel, Jake Johnson and Lee Grimes won the 200 Medley with a time of 1:43.78. Austin Kehr won the 200 Free with a time of 1:47.69 and the 100 Fly with a time of 54.41. Caleb Peschke won the 200 IM with a time of 2:05.75. Lee Grimes won the 500 Free with a time of 5:13.24. The team of Jake Johnson, Caleb Peschke, Leister Perrin and Austin Kehr won the 200 Free Relay with a time of 1:32.08. Nate Schaekel won the 100 Back with a time of 59.04. Jake Johnson won the 100 Breast with a time of 1:02.87. The team of Caleb Peschke, Lee Grimes, Nate Schaekel and Austin Kehr won the 400 Free Relay with a time of 3:22.70. Kale Davidson won diving with a score of 228.5. Isaac Tweddell and Cam Anderson were second and third in diving with scores of 182.75 and 181.0, respectively. 

The Dogs are back on Saturday, Nov. 30 at home vs. Westfield & Fishers at 9 AM.
